We're Claire and Dom.
Together for 18 years, married for 15. Ex teachers. Runners. Parents to Jonny, Charlie and Florence. Keeper of cats and bees. School governors. Lovers of the countryside, chocolate and innuendoes. We live in a cottage about 6 miles from the East coast and we love it. I hate moths, Dom hates microfibre (it gives him shivers. It makes me laugh.) Oh, and we take the mickey out of each other. A lot.
I design the things we sell and do all the online magic. Dom is embroidery machine operator extraordinaire and he does the grown up things like logistics and shipping. I do the drawing, the sewing, the shopping and the talking to people. I think I have got a pretty good deal, but don't tell him I said that.
If we had to sum up our vision for Mrs Bee's Emporium in one word it would be: happy. We are passionate about happiness. Whether it's through the things we make, something that makes you laugh, the quality of the finish, the feel good factor or the customer service we offer, we realised that if you feel good, we feel good. We are here to serve.
Just become aware of these and would love one for my daughter doing her sats next week. Am I too late to order please?
